The Sr. Specialist, Growth Operations will support the Growth Team by identifying operational gaps, driving process improvements, and building infrastructure for a high-performing B2B sales organization.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Growth leadership to identify operational gaps, develop process improvements, and implement scalable solutions that increase team effectivenessCoordinate with the Sr. Director Growth Operations to produce strategic target lists from multiple internal resources to guide Growth Team effortsCreate, maintain, and continuously improve best practice and SOP documentation to ensure organizational workflow alignment and adoptionLead coordination of Growth Team training and development events; manage central repository of team resources, playbooks, and onboarding materialsServe as a go-to resource for Growth personnel on operations processes, tools, and best practicesManage the post-close transition to the Onboarding team including information verification, introductory communications, and placement opportunity creationAssist with the creation, execution, and tracking of legal agreements including non-disclosure agreements and shared savings participation agreementsCollect and audit required deal closing documentation and distribute to internal and external stakeholdersCollect and audit requisite documentation for enrollment of clients who sign up for Medicare Advantage contractsEnsure SFDC compliance including accurate pipeline staging, next steps, and dates; run bulk updates and corrections using the DataLoader tool; and assist with creation of Salesforce objects ancillary to the Growth opportunity lifecycleSkillsIntegrity: The right way is the only wayDependability: You do what you say you're going to doAdvocacy: You fight for the best possible outcome for providers and their patientsClarity: You make it all understandableBachelor's degree preferred, technical or business-related field preferred3-5 years' experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or other sales support rolesExperience in a B2B sales organization company preferredProficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platformSelf-learner who can adopt new technologies with minimal guidance as the role's tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsStrong presentation and communication skills; must have experience collaborating with sales managers and direct sales teamsSelf-motivated team player with ability to meet unexpected demands, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneouslyProactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses problems before they arise and works cross-departmentally to deliver holistic enablement contentAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data, detect insights, and implement solutions quicklyBachelor's degree preferred, technical or business-related field preferredExperience in a B2B sales organization company preferredCompany OverviewWellvana is the leader in value-based care enablement, serving over 800,000 patients across 40 states.
