They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (iOS) to design, develop, and maintain iOS applications, while driving technical architecture and fostering team knowledge through collaboration and best practices.ResponsibilitiesHelp design, develop, maintain, and release our iOS applicationsDrive the technical architecture and implementation of mobile platform and solutions from the ground up, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and performantGrow the knowledge of the team, sharing through pair programming, code reviews, presentations, example code, and documentationImplement programming best practices, deployment processes and monitoring for mobile platformsStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development, advocating for the adoption of new tools and techniques as appropriateSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering shipping customer facing applications on iOSProficiency in Swift and SwiftUISolid understanding of mobile platform architecture, UI/UX design principles and frameworks, GraphQL, mobile security and performance optimization techniquesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, and mobile release processesExcellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detailEffective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience operating in start-up settings, launching 0 to 1 product, and driving graduation to highly customized applicationsAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPassion for mobile technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiencesExperience building systems in the automotive industry, or experience working on IoT devicesExperience with mobile app testing, experimentation frameworks and automation frameworksBenefitsCompetitive insurance including:
