Jobs via Dice is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Dev/Lead to manage the ServiceNow update set lifecycle and resolve update set conflicts across multiple environments. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements.Responsibilities• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.• Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, and business rules.• Implement client-side and server-side scripting to enhance ServiceNow functionality.Skills• 8 to 10 years ServiceNow development experience• 3-4 years Tech-lead Role• Customer-facing technical consulting experience with ServiceNow• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Service Portal development.• Expertise in various ServiceNow capabilities, including GRC/IRM, Issue Management, Vulnerability Response Management, Security Incident Response (SIR), ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ITIL frameworks.
