[Remote] Sr. Salesforce Technical IT Administrator

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for hands-on Salesforce platform administration, configuration delivery, operational support, and platform optimization, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement scalable Salesforce solutions.ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration work to support day-to-day operations and approved enhancementsImplement and maintain org-wide defaults based on security models and access decisions defined by Application ArchitectureDesign and maintain automation using Flow and related declarative tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with approved platform standardsPerform hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration work to support day-to-day operationsConfigure and maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, and org-wide defaultsIdentify technical debt, configuration risks, automation complexity, and platform optimizationSupport established Salesforce governance, change management, and release management processesCoordinate sandbox usage and support deployments using approved tools and processesPartner with Application Architecture and SI teams during platform reviews and release readiness activitiesOperate within the IT service-oriented model by supporting Salesforce delivery execution while partnering with IT teams as appropriateSupport and maintain integrationsEscalate integration design changes, API/middleware impacts, data ownership questions, or cross-system dependencies to Application/Solution Architecture, Data & Analytics, integration teams, and SI partners for reviewPartner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective Salesforce solutionsTranslate approved business needs and architecture guidance into scalable, supportable Salesforce configurationsSkills4–7 years of Salesforce administration experience supporting Sales and/or Service use casesSalesforce Administrator certification requiredWorking knowledge of Apex and triggers sufficient for troubleshooting and partnering with developersExperience with DevOps or release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow)Experience supporting integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and third-party applicationsFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum delivery modelsActive participation in the Salesforce community or TrailheadBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experienceAdvanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant)Advanced Salesforce certifications preferredBenefitsHealth and welfare benefits401(k) programCareer mobilityTuition reimbursementVolunteer opportunitiesProfit sharingCompany OverviewAbout LP Building Solutions As a leader in high-performance building solutions, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP Building Solutions, NYSE: LPX) manufactures engineered wood products that meet the demands of builders, remodelers and homeowners worldwide.
