They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space, primarily selling HRMS/Payroll solutions. The role requires consistently exceeding sales quotas and presenting HCM products to decision makers within an assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesConsistently exceed sales quotasMust have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizationsMust have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomesPresent HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
