Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Account Executive to join their US national Sales Team, focusing on the Microsoft Portfolio. The role involves managing sales activities from lead generation to closing deals, requiring strong skills in services and software sales.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage territory sales business plansResponsible for independently managing assigned sales territoryEffectively prospect, qualify, develop and close new business opportunitiesDemonstrates effective sales strategy to manage sales cycle across prospects and service offerings, with ability to close deals within target timelineDemonstrates ability to prospect territory and develop new leads within both prospect and existing accountsAbility to manage existing accounts and identify and manage new services sales opportunitiesDemonstrates the ability to independently drive business conversations with business influencers and decision makersIdentify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services to expand account focused services landscapeSells consultatively with the ability to assimilate customer needs and identify recommended services the company offers to solve customer business issuesAbility to develop and maintain relationships with external partners to drive co-selling opportunities in assigned territory and existing customersSkillsMust have 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Software, Solution Sales, or Account ExecutiveDemonstrated goal attainment track record over plan yearExperience selling Microsoft Software or Services, or similar Enterprise Software SolutionsSales knowledge of Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft365, Azure and/or Dynamics365)Experienced leveraging CRM Software for daily account management activitiesCritical thinker and independent problem-solver who can work on their ownBenefitsUnparalleled company cultureCompetitive salaryFull benefits including medical, dental, and visionUnlimited PTO401K with Company MatchCompany OverviewWe’re Cyclotron.
