They are seeking a Sr SaaS Account Executive to drive new business, build long-term customer relationships, and execute complex deals through value-based selling and strategic negotiations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute a net-new pipeline strategy focused on outbound prospecting and thoughtful pursuit planning to drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunitiesLead discovery efforts that deeply understand and develop customer needs, including business impact and strategic prioritiesQualify and prioritize opportunities based on multi-threaded stakeholder alignment and deal viabilityOrchestrate complex deals by planning the pursuit across stakeholders, timelines, and risksGain commitment from stakeholders by aligning solutions to measurable business outcomesLead internal and external teams to execute deals effectivelyManage strategic negotiations, maintaining value while navigating competing priorities and constraintsEnsure forecast accuracy through disciplined deal inspection and qualification rigorSkills5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS (business-to-business) sales experienceTrack record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-volume, transactional sales environmentStrong prospecting and pipeline generation skills with a demonstrated hunter mentality and ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities with discipline and a sense of urgencyTrack record of understanding a sales consulting methodology, such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICCExperience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Navigator)Ability to deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makersCulture Agility.
