The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, New Business owns the operating intelligence behind new logo motion, driving visibility into pipeline, conversion, and forecast accuracy while providing data and insights for sales leadership across North America and EMEA.ResponsibilitiesOwn NetSuite CRM data quality across all new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate stage progression, close dates, required fields, and deal metadataBuild and enforce data standards, validation rules, and pipeline hygiene processesRun ongoing pipeline audits, identify gaps early, and drive resolution with sales leadershipManage and deprecate outdated field values, picklists, and legacy data that reduce reporting reliabilityTrack and manage pipeline coverage against the 3.5x standard across NA and EMEA segmentsBuild and maintain pipeline dashboards by stage, source, segment, rep, and regionTrack MQL to SAO to Closed Won conversion across cohorts including Channel and direct motions separatelyAnalyze funnel velocity, deal progression, and stage-by-stage conversion ratesIdentify performance gaps, quantify impact on bookings, and deliver recommendations not just reportsMonitor non-responsive pipeline and work with sales to establish clearer qualification gatesSupport the weekly forecast process with rep-level rollups across NA and EMEATrack forecast accuracy trends across reps, teams, and segments over timeMaintain scenario models across commit, upside, and risk categoriesBuild accuracy improvement loops that make each forecast cycle better than the lastProvide executive leaders with forward-looking pipeline risk and opportunity signalsTrack quota attainment across all new business roles globallyMaintain quota coverage visibility and surface capacity gaps by segment and regionSupport territory and segmentation analysis across NA, EMEA, and Channel motionsAssist in comp plan tracking and variable attainment reporting across ACV, ARR, and net retention metricsIdentify manual, repetitive analytical processes and build automated workflows to replace themSupport the VP of Revenue Operations in operationalizing AI-driven tools including pipeline hygiene automation, deal risk flagging, and pre-call researchWork with Gong transcript data and NetSuite records to surface expansion signals and churn risk indicatorsSkills3 to 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong CRM capability including field management, workflow configuration, and reporting (NetSuite preferred)Advanced analytical skills with the ability to move from raw data to business insight and recommendationExperience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSightClear, concise communication with the ability to present findings to sales leaders and executivesComfort operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being builtExperience in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS company operating under board-level scrutinyAnalyze funnel velocity, deal progression, and stage-by-stage conversion ratesIdentify performance gaps, quantify impact on bookings, and deliver recommendations not just reportsMonitor non-responsive pipeline and work with sales to establish clearer qualification gatesBenefitsRemote first and casual work environment401k with 3.5% company match and vested after 2 years20 PTO days - 1 birthday day off - 3 summer days - 1 volunteer day - 10 company holidaysMedical, dental, vision and other life/health insurance plansPaid parental leaveWellness reimbursement programCompany OverviewDigital Commerce Platform, B2B eCommerce, PIM, Marketplace Integration, EDI, eInvoicing It was founded in 1995, and is headquartered in Coventry, Coventry, GBR, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
