They are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline projects, ensuring predictable results and fostering collaboration across departments.ResponsibilitiesLeads the planning, execution, and delivery of multi discipline projects from initiation to closureResponsible for the overall success of projects, ensuring predictable results across all deliverables and metricsUtilizes leadership skills to foster collaboration across departments, driving the successful completion of tasks and projects that have an impact to the organizationDevelop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, coordinating design deliverables with timelines, business goals, and customer expectationsMay be responsible for developing skills of other project managers and assigning tasks to project management resourcesDisseminate information about project progress and outcomes to leadershipMaintain a high level understanding of project and customer dynamics, adjusting strategies to ensure successful outcomesComplete understanding of project roles and individual skillsets among project teamProvide coaching and feedback on project team membersUnderstand the company’s Vision and Strategic PlanDemonstrate our leadership practices and our core values. Assist in ensuring the customer scope is understood and coordinate pre-project planningEnsures development of solutions meets delivery milestones, as well as any additional testing and commissioning activities as required by customers and partnersProvide on-site support and coordination as required, including the supervision of other team members and partners; Other duties may be assignedSkills10 or more years relevant experience in project management within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries, with demonstrated success leading Design-Build projects from proposal through commissioningDemonstrated understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and solutions that have led to positive outcomes in prior roles, particularly through project planning, scope definition, and value engineeringDemonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, automation, procurement, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions, proactively resolving challenges and managing change along the wayExperience leading customer engagements in a design-build environment, including facilitating alignment on scope, budget, schedule and risk throughout the project lifecycleProficient with Microsoft Office tools and products for normal business communication, presentation of information, and collaborationComfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotelyExcellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate on behalf of the companyEnergetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional developmentCompany OverviewGray AES offers architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, robotic system integration, and packaging engineering services.
