The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, complex IT service delivery and infrastructure projects while ensuring successful execution of project scope, budget, timelines, and customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage high-profile, complex service delivery and technology deployment projects from initiation through completionDevelop and maintain project artifacts including project charters, budgets, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, communication plans, and status reportsServe as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, vendors, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycleManage project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issuesCoordinate internal resources, engineering teams, depot operations personnel, and third-party service providers to meet project objectivesOversee projects involving asset deployment, logistics, staging, imaging, warehouse operations, device lifecycle management, and depot servicesCollaborate with depot teams to ensure equipment readiness, inventory tracking, shipping logistics, hardware refresh initiatives, and large-scale rollout activities are completed successfullyProvide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior project managers and project coordinators, fostering professional growth and project management best practicesDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, including process standardization, documentation, governance, and reporting enhancementsSupport sales opportunities and pre-sales engagements by providing project management expertise, project planning, resource estimates, and implementation strategiesPartner with Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop and deliver complex technology solutionsManage both CAPEX and OPEX project budgets while ensuring financial accountability and project profitabilityLead project governance meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communicationsPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedSkills10–12+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience leading complex IT infrastructure, deployment, professional services, and technology transformation projectsExperience managing projects involving depot services, hardware deployment, asset management, logistics coordination, device lifecycle management, staging, imaging, and large-scale technology rolloutsProven experience working with international teams, customers, and third-party vendorsDemonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop less experienced project managers and project coordinatorsStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable project plansProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer-facing experience with excellent relationship management skillsAdvanced experience creating and managing project schedules utilizing Microsoft ProjectIntermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project reporting toolsExperience developing change orders, statements of work, project documentation, and executive-level presentationsWorking knowledge of project metrics, reporting, forecasting, and data analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teamsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience working within a VAR, managed services, professional services, or technology integration environmentExperience managing nationwide hardware refresh, deployment, migration, or field services programsKnowledge of ITIL, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologiesBenefits3 weeks paid PTOTuition reimbursement401(k)Comprehensive benefitsExcellent opportunities for career growthFree therapy visitsMental health coaching and toolsMeditation resourcesGenerous paid time off package that includes not only vacation and sick time, but also Wellness and Volunteer Time Off daysCompany OverviewAs a Global IT Solutions Provider, we connect people with technology that enhances growth, elevates productivity, and empowers innovation.
