The Sr. Program Manager – Strategy will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives within the Global Operations, Supply Chain Planning organization, collaborating with executives to inform decision-making and enhance operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead and support high-priority strategic projects across business units and functions, managing key stakeholders and delivering actionable insightsAct as a trusted thought partner to senior executives and functional leaders in shaping the company’s long- and short-term strategic prioritiesIndependently own and execute multiple complex workstreams, from problem definition through solution development and implementationPartner with business unit and functional leaders to address critical supply and demand challenges, presenting recommendations and proposals to senior leadershipSkillsMaster's degree from with 3–5 years of experience in management consulting at a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, degree in engineering or operations preferred.
