This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful program execution.ResponsibilitiesEnhance existing detailed project plan, update and manage the project timeline. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to provide daily updatesServe as a technical liaison between business (test script readiness, validation activities, business readiness), technology (IQ, OQ, technical change control), and vendor implementation teams to ensure seamless coordinationManage, update and monitor the detailed program plan, breaking down micro-goals and dependencies using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and JiraIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams, proactively connect the dots, and escalate as needed to mitigate program impactFacilitate cross-functional communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with program progressBring excellent attention to detail and experience with SAP implementations in a GxP / Pharma environment to support readiness activities including testing assurance and validation compliance: SIT, OQ UAT into the cut over planning timelineSkillsExperience as a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager with SAP, S4/Hana, and program life cycle management experienceAbility to enhance existing detailed project plan, update and manage the project timelineExperience collaborating closely with client stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to provide daily updatesServe as a technical liaison between business, technology, and vendor implementation teamsManage, update and monitor the detailed program plan, breaking down micro-goals and dependencies using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and JiraIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams and escalate as neededFacilitate cross-functional communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with program progressExcellent attention to detail and experience with SAP implementations in a GxP / Pharma environmentExperience with testing assurance and validation compliance: SIT, OQ UAT into the cut over planning timelineProven experience (typically 12+ years) as a Technical Program/Program Manager in large-scale SAP/ERP implementationsSAP S4/HANA implementation experience in a large life science companyDemonstrable expertise in program lifecycle management including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and go-live coordinationExperience working directly with clients, internal business and technology stakeholders, and vendor implementation partnersStrong proficiency with program and project management tools including Smartsheet, MS Project, and JiraExcellent capability to see the big picture and connect detailed activities across multiple workstreams in complex, matrixed environmentsExceptional attention to detail, strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel as required to support program needs (minimum travel expected)User Acceptance Testing and ConfirmationExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsExpertise in change managementCustomer-facing experienceSharp learning ability, problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAptitude to adjust to changeSAP experience required (S4/Hana a plus)PMP Certification or equivalentBenefitsRole: 100% Remote, Preferably in Eastern Time zone.Company OverviewMilestone Technologies is a global IT Services and Digital Solutions company based in Silicon Valley that helps hundreds of leading corporations deliver technology around the globe.
