The Sr. Product Operations Manager will manage a dedicated product module, focusing on enhancing operational processes and integrating new product features to drive efficiency and agility across the organization.ResponsibilitiesPartners with internal teams, including various product groups, engineering and more to enhance critical systems and functions and allow for further customization of systems to align with the evolving business needsWork with both internal and external teams across CrowdStrike to improve Falcon Complete's processes and operations through new product and feature integrationsPerform technical analysis of new product features and capabilities to determine effectiveness for FC integrationAssess technical feasibility, resource requirements, and potential impact on existing FC operationsLead strategic initiatives, including reviewing active efforts and prioritizing requestsCollaborate with internal engineering groups to ensure FC capabilities meet operational and customer needsParticipate in roadmap prioritization sessions and review new requests for the FC BusinessPartner with internal teams to surface customer pain points and operational challengesDrive actionable change by translating customer feedback into product enhancements and operational optimizationsLead various projects (both large and small) encompassing technological integrations, process modifications/enhancements, automation/optimization efforts and moreContribute to or lead cross-functional initiatives as requiredAssist with managing Agile workflows including stand-up meetings, capacity planning, and retrospectivesDefine and track key metrics to measure operational effectiveness and integration successCreate and maintain comprehensive technical and process-based documentationEstablish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for product integrationsDevelop integration roadmaps and implementation strategies for features and productsDocument technical specifications and integration of new featuresCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with existing FC infrastructureMonitor and evaluate post-integration performance metrics to ensure successful adoptionSkills5+ years of experience in a Product Operations, Product Management roleEffectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at all organizational levelsAbility to analyze business requirements, design and configure recommended solution, and communicate technical solutions to various audiencesIn-depth knowledge of CrowdStrike's modules and product offeringsDemonstrated leadership for driving risk and issue mitigation and resolutionBasic leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizationsStrong problem solving and technical skillsExperience with Agile methodology and project management practicesProficiency in data analysis and metrics definitionBachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceBenefitsEligibility for bonusesEquity grantsA comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance401kPaid time offMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCompany OverviewCrowdStrike is a cybersecurity technology firm that provides cloud-delivered protection for cloud workloads, identity, and data.
