As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with customers to identify their needs and deliver impactful solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve product strategy grounded in customer insight, data, business priorities, and a deep understanding of the education landscapePartner closely with Product Design and Engineering in an empowered product team model with shared accountability for customer and business outcomesTranslate complex problems into clear outcome-based priorities, roadmaps, and measurable customer and business outcomesSpend significant time engaging with customers and stakeholders through discovery, research, and validation activities to uncover unmet needs and opportunitiesLead discovery, prototyping, experimentation, and validation efforts to accelerate learning, reduce risk, and improve decision quality before scaling investmentMake thoughtful prioritization and trade-off decisions that balance customer needs, business goals, technical realities, and long-term product strategyUse qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, improve customer experiences, and identify opportunities to drive adoption, retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiencyAlign cross-functional stakeholders around product direction, success metrics, priorities, and desired outcomesChampion simple, scalable solutions that improve usability and deliver meaningful long-term value for customers and the businessExplore emerging technologies and AI-driven capabilities in practical ways that improve customer workflows, operational effectiveness, and user outcomesSkillsExperience leading product initiatives in a SaaS or technology-driven environmentExperience building a standalone product from the ground up (0-1)A track record of delivering products that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business and customer outcomesStrong customer discovery, product strategy, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product directionExperience working within cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer and business impactConfidence working with data to inform decisions, evaluate success metrics, and communicate insights clearlyExperience collaborating across teams including engineering, design, sales, customer success, and other customer-facing rolesStrong ability to connect strategy with execution and align teams around a shared vision and measurable outcomesExperience navigating ambiguity and defining clear paths forward in complex problem spacesStrong stakeholder management, influence, and cross-functional leadership abilities without relying on direct authorityExperience leading experimentation and validation efforts to improve learning velocity and decision qualityFamiliarity with education technology or a strong interest in improving outcomes for schools and communitiesA natural curiosity for understanding users, systems, workflows, and opportunities for improvementComfort navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful decisions as new information emergesA collaborative mindset that values diverse perspectives, empowered teams, and shared accountability for outcomesA focus on continuous learning and openness to new tools, approaches, and ways of workingA practical, responsible approach to applying technology and AI capabilities to improve customer and business outcomesThe ability to balance long-term vision with near-term execution and measurable impactThe ability to navigate complexity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholdersExperience in one of the following: Medicaid, English Learners, Gifted and Talented or RTI/MTSS a plusBenefitsBonus eligibility and long-term incentive opportunities401(k) with company matchComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageEmployee stock purchase planGenerous paid time off and tuition reimbursementCompany OverviewFrontline Education is an integrated insights software primarily focusing on human capital management.
