The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of digital products, collaborating across functions to deliver solutions that enhance customer experiences and align with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impactsUnderstand Customer Needs: Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiencesPrioritize Features and Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impactWrite Clear Requirements: Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teamsCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launchDelivery & Communications: Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycleMonitor Performance Metrics: Track impact / ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisionsPartner on Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales to develop launch plans that resonate with target users and drive adoptionManage Product Lifecycle: Oversee products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and eventual sunset if neededChampion the User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, delightful, and accessible product experiences by partnering with user experience, conducting user research & surveys and driving rapid prototyping feedback sessions with the people using your productsAdapt and Iterate: Continuously refine products based on feedback, performance data, and market trends to stay competitiveLeadership: You may also lead or partner with an Associate Product Manager if the scope of the role and/or product area warrant itSkillsBachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environmentProven track record of managing successful products from concept to launchExperience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environmentsFamiliarity with modern product management tools and practicesStrong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean)Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbalAbility to synthesize customer insights, market data, and business goals into actionable product strategiesStrong prioritization and decision-making skills in fast-paced environmentsAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platformsDemonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomesPassion for solving customer problems and delivering high-impact solutionsCommitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belongingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEmbody core values such as Think Big, Go Fast, Deliver Awe, and Win TogetherBenefitsRemote Work: We are a remote-first company, and almost all positions receive the flexibility of working from home.Generous Time Off: Besides 8 company holidays and 2 personal days every year, all colleagues receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance; 401(k) matching program; and company-paid life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage.Supportive Services: Just like our colleagues get injured workers the care they need when they need it, we want to do the same for our colleagues in their time of need.
