They are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own and review the product roadmap, analyze business requirements, and facilitate cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery and adoption.ResponsibilitiesOwn and review the product roadmap with key stakeholders and obtain agreementUnderstand general clinical and oncology practice workflows and leverage this to build features our customer loveLeverage your background in iKnowMed Orders to identify both pain points as well as technical obstacles that must be addressedAnalyze business requirements to identify the problem to be solved and work with UX and engineering to develop the optimal solutionSynthesize business requirements into epics and translate epics into stories to enable development teams to understand scopePrepare user stories to support iterative delivery of the productUnderstand technical implications of features and how to break them down into stories according to the Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable principlesFacilitate and lead workshops/discussions with cross functional teams in order to discover customers’ pain points and generate ideas for solutionsCommunicate upstream and/or downstream dependencies based upon planned workDetermine product priorities, including new features, compliance requirements and bug fixesSupport products’ go-to-market strategyExpand product adoption through communication and collaboration across all McKesson technology business segmentsEscalate high risk product roadblocks to leadershipMentor junior colleagues on product management best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, Product Management, or a related occupationSkilled in building EHRs and clinical toolsRegulatory Awareness and compliance knowledge in healthcare domainSkilled in iKnowMed EHR workflows include Insurance Authorization, Charge Capture, Clinical Content modules and how they interact togetherUnderstanding of authorization data flows across IKM EHRExperience with PMS to IKM data exchange including Payers and PlansTechnical fluency of interfaces and FHIR servicesDetailed understanding of DaVinci HTI-4 APIsUnderstanding of CoverMyMeds USP Platform and integration with IKMData-driven user analytics including FullStoryJIRA and ConfluenceCommand of Agile processesRoadmap managementUser-centric designBenefitsCompetitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total RewardsAnnual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered100% Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.Up to 15% Domestic Travel RequiredCompany OverviewWelcome to the official LinkedIn page for McKesson Corporation.
