[Remote] Sr .NET Developer ( ASP.Net- Web Forms )
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions while collaborating with the development team to ensure high performance and quality of applications.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
ā¢ Conduct functional and non-functional testing
ā¢ Troubleshoot and debug applications effectively and efficiently
ā¢ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
ā¢ Learn and follow industry best practices adopted by the organization
ā¢ Understand and follow good code automation concepts and principles
ā¢ Understand client requirements and how they translate to new application features
ā¢ Provide estimates for new change requests
ā¢ Collaborate with development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications
ā¢ Evaluate existing applications and understand how to modernize
ā¢ Develop technical documents as required to accurately represent application design and code
Skills
ā¢ 7+ years software development experience
ā¢ 7+ years' experience using C# / NET Framework and Visual Studio or comparable IDE
ā¢ Experience with ASP.NET webforms
ā¢ Experience with RESTful services, WEB API
ā¢ Experience with Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps
ā¢ Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework
ā¢ Exposure to cloud, micro services architecture
ā¢ Relational DB experience and strong understanding of good data design
ā¢ Understanding of and experience with modern software design principles and practices
ā¢ Experience with various software development methodologies
ā¢ Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
ā¢ Great attention to detail and time management skills
ā¢ Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written
ā¢ Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or relevant field
ā¢ Microsoft Application Development Certification is a plus
