[Remote] Sr. Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Two Ten Footwear Foundation is a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting the U.S. footwear industry. The Senior Manager of Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to drive awareness and engagement, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.ResponsibilitiesManage the organization’s marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across campaigns, events, programs, and organizational prioritiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that raise awareness, promote programs and events, and support fundraising and partnership initiatives. Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across teams and external partnersManage paid media opportunities, working with partners to secure placements and develop ad messaging and creativeWork with corporate donors on partnership initiatives that drive awareness and engagement with industry employeesLead the organization’s email marketing program from strategy through execution; write and edit email copy that reflects the organization’s voice and drives engagementBuild emails within the email marketing platform and manage production schedules. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and data trackingLeverage data integrations to segment audiences, optimize campaigns, and report on performance metricsWork with internal teams and outside vendors on system and data management to maintain ongoing needs for the email platform, and ensure that the program is following best practices and adhering to CAN-SPAM/privacy lawsOversee daily website needs, including CMS updates, UX/UI optimization and content strategy. Ensure website content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with marketing prioritiesWork with external developers and vendors on website improvements and development projectsCollaborate with the editorial lead on content development, messaging, and storytelling initiativesWrite, edit, and proofread marketing copy across digital and print channels. Ensure messaging is aligned across campaigns and platformsWork with external graphic designers to produce marketing assets for events, program promotion, and marketing campaignsManage timelines and feedback to ensure creative deliverables are on brand and on scheduleSkills6–8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organizationStrong email marketing experience, including writing, building, and reporting on campaignsExperience managing website content and working with external development vendorsKnowledge of HTMLExceptional writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to work cross functionally to gain alignment and push projects forwardExcellent visual design sense; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferredStrong project management and organizational abilities; excellent attention to detailFamiliarity with CraftCMS a plusCompany OverviewTwo Ten Footwear Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance, counseling, and grants to footwear workers.
