The Sr. Supply Chain Operations Manager leads warehouse and hardware configuration operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards while managing supplier relationships and cross-functional partnerships.ResponsibilitiesDirect daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and hardware configuration to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standardsManage, mentor, and develop Supply Chain Operations Specialists/Leads and Hardware Configuration Specialists, setting clear goals and providing ongoing performance feedback and career development supportCollaborate with Hardware Configuration, Planning, Services, and Purchasing teams to align warehouse execution with project timelines, deployment schedules, and business requirementsServe as the first point of escalation for warehouse, configuration, and fulfillment issues, driving timely resolution and maintaining clear stakeholder communicationLead vendor and supplier relationships, monitor performance against expectations, and navigate supplier challenges through direct engagement and contractual or legal escalation when necessaryAnalyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement best practices to improve warehouse operations, logistics performance, and cost efficiencyConduct risk assessments for warehouse and supplier operations and develop contingency and disaster recovery plans to minimize supply chain disruptionPartner with IT and systems teams to enhance ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and integration tools, and define requirements for reporting dashboards covering performance, inventory accuracy, and throughput metricsPrepare and present business cases, supplier strategies, and operational performance updates to senior leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations (or related field), or relevant experience required10+ years of progressive supply chain and logistics experience, with 3-5 years in a management role overseeing warehouse operations and cross-functional teamsStrong leadership experience, including mentoring and developing high-performing teamsIn-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, vendor relations, and contract governanceProven ability to evaluate supplier performance, manage vendor expectations, and drive improvements in cost and efficiencyExcellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare business cases and present strategies to senior leadershipProficiency in ERP/WMS systems and operational reporting toolsSix Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP certificationHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Prior experience leading supply chain operations in a technology, hardware, or solutions deployment environmentBenefitsFlexible time off to include paid holidays and volunteer time.Robust health, dental, and vision insurance plans on your first day of employmentComprehensive employee assistance program (EAP)Employer-paid life insurance/AD&D/short-term and long-term disability insuranceFlexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA)Matched 401(k)Employee stock purchase planBase salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.Company OverviewIllumia provides comprehensive campus commerce solutions, enhancing convenience and operational efficiency.
