This role will drive brand execution across various commercial channels by translating brand strategy into compelling consumer experiences, overseeing product storytelling, launch execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand presence and performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn the development and maintenance of PDPs across DTC, Amazon, Ulta.com, and future retail.com platformsEstablish and maintain PDP standards, ensuring consistency in brand voice, claims hierarchy, education, ingredient storytelling, regimen integration/merchandising, and conversion-driving contentPartner with Creative to brief and develop channel-specific PDP assetsCollaborate with Growth and Lifecycle teams to continuously optimize PDP performance based on consumer behavior and conversion insightsEnsure all PDP experiences balance channel-specific best practices with overall brand consistencyOwn the strategy and development of bundles, kits, gift sets, and retailer-exclusive offeringsBuild and maintain a cohesive bundle architecture that supports regimen adoption, trial, gifting, subscription growth, and average order value expansionDefine consumer targets, product positioning, pricing strategy, and reasons-to-believe for each bundle offeringPartner with Product Development, Operations, and Brand Leadership to ensure bundle strategy aligns with portfolio priorities and operational capabilitiesWork cross-functionally to optimize bundle presentation and performance across all sales channelsLead Divi's reviews program across DTC, Amazon, and retail partnersDevelop strategies to increase review volume, quality, and relevancePartner with Lifecycle Marketing on post-purchase review acquisition initiativesCollaborate with channel partners to support review syndication and visibilityEstablish review response, moderation, and escalation processes in partnership with Legal and Customer Experience teamsIdentify recurring consumer themes and insights that can inform future messaging, claims development, and product storytellingOwn day-to-day brand presence across key commercial channels, ensuring a cohesive consumer experienceManage Amazon Brand Store content, A+ content updates, listing optimization, and merchandising enhancementsSupport retailer marketing programs, launch execution, and brand presentation for partners such as UltaPartner with Ecommerce and Growth teams to evolve the storytelling and merchandising experience across diviofficial.comEnsure the brand maintains a consistent identity while adapting appropriately for each retail environmentLead cross-functional execution of new product launches across all channelsDevelop and manage launch briefs, timelines, and channel-specific deliverablesCoordinate claims, copy, packaging assets, retailer requirements, and launch readiness activitiesPartner with Creative to ensure all supporting assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand standardsServe as a key project manager and communication hub during launch windows to ensure seamless executionSkills5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, ecommerce marketing, or related functionsExperience managing product launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives within a consumer brand environmentStrong understanding of ecommerce merchandising and PDP optimizationExperience working across multiple sales channels, including DTC, Amazon, and specialty retail partnersDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience within beauty, personal care, wellness, or consumer packaged goods industriesFamiliarity with Amazon marketing and content management toolsExperience developing bundle, assortment, or promotional strategiesKnowledge of consumer reviews platforms and reputation management programsBenefitsCompetitive salaryPremier Health Benefits (medical, dental, vision)Strong Corporate MissionStrong Corporate CultureRemote Work ScheduleGenerous PTO programOpportunities for GrowthCompany OverviewDivi is an e-commerce company that provides hair care products.
