They are seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Operations to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee engagements with key industry partners in the life sciences and diagnostics sectors.ResponsibilitiesServe as day-to-day Project Lead on client-facing engagementsDevelop and execute project plans, including progression towards key milestones and deliverablesPartner with cross-functional teams such as Integra Cloud, Analytics, Product Development, and Sales to generate client deliverables and ensure on-time delivery of client outputsDevelop and manage robust communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, including status updates and client / Integra steering committee updatesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and goalsCreate materials and presentations for executive and C-suite audiencesPartners with sales lead to develop and foster relationships at new and existing accounts to identify future client opportunitiesParticipate in the sales cycle from opportunity identification to SOW development in partnership with the sales teamSkillsBachelor's Degree in the sciences, business administration, or related field7-10 years of progressing client-facing experience with involvement in project management and/or client services, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and competenciesExperience in the healthcare/life sciencesDemonstrated project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same timeProven experience creating, reviewing, and enhancing customer-facing presentations and deliverablesExceptional communication skills with a strong ability to translate technical and non-technical content to various audiencesAbility to travel 10-30%Oncology experience is requiredThis position requires candidates to reside in either the Eastern or Central U.S. time zonesMaster's Degree preferredManagement consulting background preferredBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance beginning the 1st of the month following your date of hirePaid Time Off401k with employer matchPaid Holidays and Floating HolidayCompany OverviewIntegra Connect is a healthcare technology company focusing on specialty care data, insights from powerful AI, and analytics solutions.
