[Remote] Sr. Manager, Learning Systems & Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adobe is seeking a leader to own the Learning Systems & Operations function for their Premium Learning Subscription business. This role is responsible for building and running the systems ecosystem that enables high-quality learning experiences across various programs and leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesSet the learning systems strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities and learner needsConnect architecture, platform tools, workforce systems, and operations into a single, scalable system, with clear ownership, dependencies, risks, and success measuresLead and grow a high-performing team through strong coaching, clear expectations, and intentional development of individual strengths and expertiseEstablish and maintain clear processes for requirements, launch readiness, testing, and change managementBuild a systems function that enables clear, confident decision-making at all levels, reducing dependency and improving speed and quality of executionMaintain working knowledge of LMS platforms, entitlements, and system integrationsPartner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery teams to turn business needs into working solutionsIdentify capability gaps and invest in building the skills, structure, and leadership depth needed to scale the functionSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in SaaS, customer education, or learning technology5+ years of experience in learning systems, enterprise platforms, or technical program leadership3+ years of people leadership experience, leading global, cross-functional or matrixed teamsExperience owning or contributing to complex system initiatives in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of learning technologies, including learning management systems, access rights, or workflows coordinated across systemsFamiliarity with workflow or project management tools (e.g., Workfront)Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisionsClear, concise communicator with the ability to influence both technical and business collaboratorsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of Adobe products or ecosystem a plusBenefitsAnnual Incentive Plan (AIP)Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity awardCompany OverviewAdobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions.
