This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy, leading a team of Regional Recruiters, and driving the recruitment of top-tier real estate agents to support company growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with company growth goals and market expansion plansPartner with senior and regional leadership to forecast hiring needs and set recruiting prioritiesIdentify target talent segments such as new, experienced, top-producing agents, etc. and create tailored approachesOwn the comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to collect, scan, rank and filter job applications to ensure a consistent and effective recruiting pipeline across all offices and regionsHire, train, coach, and mentor a team of 1 to 5 Regional Recruiters to achieve individual and collective recruiting goalsEstablish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability structuresConduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluationsFoster a culture of proactive outreach, relationship-building, and continuous improvementTrack, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and agent production levelsUse data to identify gaps, optimize recruiting strategies, and drive continuous improvementHold the team accountable to activity standards and resultsPartner with local leadership to hand off leads for conversionBuild and maintain high-level relationships with top agents, industry influencers and associationsEnsure consistent and compelling communication of the companyโ€™s value proposition across all recruiting channelsCollaborate with marketing to enhance branding, understand competitive positioning, and leverage social media presence, and recruiting campaignsPosition the company as the brokerage of choice for high value/high volume agents at all stages of their careersPartner with Professional Development and office leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding experienceAlign recruiting efforts with on-boarding strategies to improve agent engagement and long-term successMonitor early-stage agent performance and adjust recruiting profiles as neededMeet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by managementPerform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalismEstablish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partnersDemonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities.
