[Remote] Sr. Manager, Account Executive

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex client accounts while providing leadership to a team of professionals, ensuring client retention and growth opportunities through strategic account management and collaboration with various internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of complex, high-value clients, serving as the primary strategic point of contact and ensuring alignment with organizational goalsLead the execution, and ongoing management of long-term account strategies, including Strategic Business Plans, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Summaries, and performance reportingPartner with internal subject matter experts to identify opportunities for cost savings, service enhancements, clinical improvements, and program expansionSupport and lead contract renewals, negotiations, and new business implementations, ensuring client commitments and performance guarantees are metProactively identify, communicate, and execute up-sell and expansion opportunities across both personal and team-managed books of businessProvide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to ensure consistent client management practices and high service standardsTranslate strategy from the Sr. Director into clear priorities, expectations, and execution plans for the teamConduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, development planning, and corrective action when necessaryOversee hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce planning for the team to ensure appropriate coverage and capabilityFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-centric thinkingMonitor and report on team and client performance metrics, ensuring achievement of service levels, performance guarantees, and financial targetsProvide guidance and leadership when performance guarantees are at risk or not met, including development of corrective action plans and client communication strategiesAssist with budget planning and management, including staffing, travel, and operational expensesParticipate in Sales finalist meetings, client presentations, and new business pursuits as neededTravel to client sites and internal meetings as requiredOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience required5+ years' experience in the PBM or healthcare industry, managing complex client relationships5+ years' experience leading, developing, and managing teams, including performance management and talent development or equivalent experience requiredDemonstrated success in strategic account management, client retention, and growthStrong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to translate strategy into resultsParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesBenefitsTop of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance20 days paid time off4 weeks paid parental leave9 paid holidays401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirementAdoption Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountEducational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistanceReferral Bonus Program – up to $750!Company OverviewNavitus Health Solutions LLC is a full service, URAC-accredited pharmacy benefit management company.
