[Remote] Sr. LoanIQ Business analyst

Novia Infotech is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in commercial lending operations, particularly with Syndicated loans (LoanIQ) and Bilateral Loans (AFS Vision), to support a strategic banking transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will partner with business operations stakeholders to understand current processes, gather requirements, and create high-quality documentation while driving initiatives forward proactively.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with Loan Operations and Business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and operational pain pointsLead requirements gathering and documentation for:Loan bookingLoan closingRenewals and amendmentsOperational servicing workflowsWork closely with technology teams on API integration initiatives involving LoanIQ, AFS, and downstream systemsCreate and maintain:Business requirements documents (BRDs)Functional specificationsProcess flowsUser stories and acceptance criteriaFacilitate workshops and drive discussions across operations, business, and technology teamsIdentify process improvement opportunities and help drive operational efficiencySupport UAT, testing coordination, and production readiness activitiesAct as a bridge between business operations and technical delivery teamsSkills10-12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Commercial BankingStrong hands-on experience with LoanIQ (Syndicated Loans)AFS Vision (Bilateral Loans)Deep understanding of Loan bookingLoan closingRenewals and servicing operationsExperience supporting API integration projects within banking environmentsStrong experience working directly with Business Operations teamsExcellent documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to proactively drive requirements and delivery discussionsExperience supporting commercial lending transformation initiativesFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and JIRAExposure to syndicated lending or complex commercial loan productsExperience working in hybrid business/technology environmentsCompany OverviewAt Novia Infotech, we’re more than just a service provider — we’re your partner in professional growth.
