[Remote] Sr. Litigation Attorney (Long-Term Contract, Fully Remote)

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a top-tier boutique law firm to seek an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney for a long-term, fully remote contract position. The role involves managing all aspects of litigation, providing strategic guidance for complex cases, and collaborating with clients and a close-knit team. Responsibilities • Draft, research, and argue complex motions, including dispositive and discovery motions, in federal and state courts • Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial negotiations through trial and (when necessary) appeals • Provide strategic guidance for large, multi-party business, corporate, and civil litigation cases • Coordinate with clients—ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations—and advise on case progress and dispute resolution strategies • Represent clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration forums; participate in alternative dispute resolution as appropriate • Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to rigorous, results-focused legal representation Skills • Juris Doctorate • Active, good-standing membership with the California Bar • Extensive litigation experience, with at least 3+ years preferred in complex commercial, business, or corporate litigation • Demonstrated expertise and passion for drafting persuasive legal motions and briefs; proven success in motion practice is essential • Proven ability to handle all litigation phases, including negotiations, discovery, hearings, and appeals • Previous experience managing large, multi-party cases across forums preferred • Excellent communication, legal research, and organizational skills • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a long-term contract, fully remotely • Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and strategic client service • Extensive litigation experience, with at least 3+ years preferred in complex commercial, business, or corporate litigation • Previous experience managing large, multi-party cases across forums preferred Benefits • Medical • Vision • Dental • Life and disability insurance • 401(k) plan Company Overview • At Robert Half, we prioritize your security—if you believe you've encountered a scam or fraudulent recruiter, please report it immediately to It was founded in 1948, and is headquartered in Menlo Park, California, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
