They are seeking a highly motivated Sr. IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and overseeing project execution, governance, and delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-level technology projects and programs from initiation through implementation and operational transitionEstablish project governance structures, delivery frameworks, and performance metricsDevelop and manage project charters, business cases, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams consisting of technical, operational, business, and vendor resourcesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectivesFacilitate executive steering committees, project reviews, and stakeholder meetingsMonitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting toolsServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsTranslate business requirements into actionable technology solutionsEvaluate business impacts, dependencies, risks, and organizational readiness for technology initiativesPartner with IT leadership to align project portfolios with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation strategiesDrive continuous improvement through process optimization and technology modernization initiativesDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, MSPs, vendors, hiring managers, and executive stakeholdersServe as the primary escalation point for project, customer, and personnel issuesLead customer-facing communications, status reviews, governance meetings, and quarterly business reviewsEnsure stakeholder expectations are proactively managed through transparent communication and reportingFoster long-term partnerships that support customer retention and growthDevelop project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reportsMonitor project expenditures and ensure financial accountabilityAssist in contract negotiations, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor agreements, and procurement activitiesTrack project financial performance, resource utilization, and profitability metricsSupport revenue growth initiatives by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accountsProvide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and performance management for project teams and direct reportsBuild high-performing teams focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer successManage project staffing, resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity planningFacilitate conflict resolution and remove organizational barriers impacting project successPromote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellenceEstablish and improve project management standards, methodologies, and best practicesSupport PMO governance and portfolio management processesImplement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiativesLeverage data analytics and reporting tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and client contractual obligationsDirectly supervises Project Managers, Coordinators, Business Analysts, and assigned project resourcesResponsible for hiring recommendations, performance management, coaching, employee development, and disciplinary actions as appropriateProvides leadership to cross-functional and matrixed project teamsSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field8+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex technology initiatives5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing project teamsExperience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and customer relationshipsProficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and related project management toolsMaster's Degree (MBA, MIS, Information Technology, or related discipline)PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationAgile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)Experience in IT InfrastructureExperience in Cloud ComputingExperience in NetworkingExperience in TelecommunicationsExperience in Software DevelopmentExperience in Digital Transformation ProgramsExperience working with executive leadership and enterprise-level clientsBenefitsBenefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceWork Model: 100% Remote.
