The Sr. Influencer Marketing Strategist will help clients maximize their micro-influencer marketing campaigns through strategic reporting, campaign execution, and competitive analysis, ensuring high performance and ROI.ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and manage influencer marketing campaigns within the Statusphere platformTranslate client briefs into campaign configurations, targeting criteria, deliverables, and platform requirements, ensuring accurate campaign setup within the platformEnsure campaign setup accuracy and launch readiness by partnering with cross-functional teams prior to launchManage campaign updates, optimizations, and operational changes throughout the campaign lifecycleTranslate strategic concepts into practical messaging toolkits and enablement resources to be used across campaigns, sales, and marketing materialsPartner with Customer Success Managers to support successful campaign executionBuild compelling, client-facing presentations and narratives that clearly articulate campaign valueDevelop campaign performance reports, supplemental analyses, and executive-ready summariesAnalyze campaign performance, creator performance, content trends, and engagement metricsSynthesize campaign data into strategic narratives and actionable recommendationsIdentify patterns across campaigns, creators, content themes, and audience engagementIdentify opportunities for testing, optimization, and program expansionSupport client business reviews with performance insights, strategic recommendations, and proactive reporting on campaign takeaways and findingsMonitor influencer marketing, social media, and consumer behavior trendsResearch emerging creator, content, and platform opportunitiesConduct competitor and category analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiationIdentify themes, messaging, content formats, and strategies that may improve future campaignsTranslate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for enterprise clientsStay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies impacting creator marketingAct as a strategic resource for Customer Success Managers and enterprise clientsServe as a subject matter expert on influencer marketing best practices and creator trendsHelp clients understand campaign performance and opportunities for improvementContribute to client retention, satisfaction, and growth through data-driven recommendationsSupport managed service initiatives that strengthen client partnerships and business outcomesCollaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to enhance the client experienceSkillsStrong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social media strategyAbility to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendationsExperience working directly with clients and presenting strategic influencer campaign recommendationsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesAbility to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client-facing workCuriosity and passion for staying ahead of industry, creator, and consumer trendsComfortable working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media strategy, digital marketing, customer success, account management, or related fieldsExperience managing influencer or creator campaigns from planning through reportingExperience analyzing campaign performance and presenting insights to stakeholdersExperience working directly with clients in an agency, SaaS, marketing, or consulting environmentExperience with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, Notion, and Google SuiteExperience creating reports, recommendations, and strategic presentationsEnterprise client experience preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related fieldEquivalent professional experience will be consideredBenefitsCompetitive CompensationMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceFlexible Time Off FTO + paid holidays4% 401(k) matchRemote WorkPaid parental leaveEmployee stock optionsOpportunities for growth & leadership in a fast-growing companyCollaborative, innovative, positive, team-oriented cultureCompany OverviewGTM Fund is an investment company that specializes in asset management, private equity, and venture capital services.
