They are seeking a Senior GTM Marketing Manager to develop marketing assets and campaigns that facilitate complex public-sector sales conversations while working closely with various teams to enhance marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesHelp turn our strategy into the assets, campaigns, customer intelligence, and AI-enabled marketing systems that move complex public-sector sales conversations forwardWork across positioning, content, web copy, sales collateral, account-specific narratives, campaigns, events, technical writing, video and explainer content, and marketing operationsUnderstand the strategy, identify what needs to exist, and create the first useful versionWork directly with the Head of Marketing and closely with sales, delivery, and executive leadershipTurn a state account plan into a briefing and outreach package; rewrite a landing page, produce a whitepaper, package a demo, build an event campaign, or create a repeatable AI workflow that makes future work fasterBuild credibility, sharpen the story, produce reusable assets, support events that create real meetings, and help the team understand where the strongest opportunities areSkills5+ years of experience marketing in infrastructure, government, fintech, identity, developer tools, enterprise software, or another complex technical marketA portfolio of shipped GTM work across formats: positioning, sales collateral, web copy, campaigns, content, events, technical explainers, or customer narrativesExceptionally strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for technical, policy, or complex product conceptsComfort working directly with sales, product, delivery, and executive stakeholdersHands-on fluency with Figma and Claude Code or equivalent AI-enabled production toolsHigh ownership, strong judgment, and ability to operate with limited structureBenefitsOffers EquityCompany OverviewSpruce is building a future where users own their identity and data across all digital interactions.
