The Sr. Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Director of Americas Clinical Applications, managing executive priorities and facilitating communication across the leadership team.ResponsibilitiesManage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting logisticsPrepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and supporting materialsMonitor and prioritize communications, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and commitmentsSupport executive time management by coordinating priorities and identifying scheduling conflictsCoordinate leadership team meetings, off-site meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions, including travel for meetingsDevelop meeting materials, capture action items, and track completion of key deliverablesFacilitate communication and coordination between leadership team members and cross-functional partnersSupport onboarding activities for leadership team members as requiredCoordinate organizational initiatives and special projects on behalf of the Senior DirectorAssist with purchase requisitions and invoice processingSupport team recognition programs, employee engagement activities, and organizational communicationsMaintain organizational documents, distribution lists, and internal collaboration sitesAssist with planning and execution of internal and external meetings, conferences, and team events, including travel to eventsServe as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersBuild effective working relationships across Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and AOS teamsDraft and distribute communications on behalf of leadershipHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismSkillsProven experience as an executive assistance, preferably supporting leadersExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityExperience coordinating large-scale meetings, events, and leadership forumsFamiliarity with project management and collaboration toolsBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insurancePaid parking/public transportationPaid time offPaid sick and safe timeCompany OverviewSiemens Healthineers is a healthcare technology company that provides diagnostic and therapeutic products and services.
