[Remote] Sr Epic Analyst - Link Suite Care Everywhere

The Sr Epic Analyst – Link Suite Care Everywhere will leverage their advanced Epic knowledge to oversee software deployment, manage workflow changes, and mentor team members, focusing on improving healthcare processes through effective design and implementation of the Epic system.ResponsibilitiesApply high-level, specialized Epic Link Suite / Care Everywhere capabilities to improve processes through design, development and implementation of the Epic system, including development of end user materialsInitiate, participate, and lead project related efforts and process improvements, as well as provide internal guidance as appropriateDemonstrate independent working nature, requiring minimal direction, while collaborating within and across applicationsWork to establish and maintain Epic Link Suite / Care Everywhere reporting needs as necessaryDemonstrate use of effective communication and interpersonal relations across staff from all departments, including senior leadership to achieve established goalsAnalyze and edit Web Server files as well as maintain and support web server environmentsAnalyze CareEverywhere dashboardsBe at work and be on timeFollow company policies, procedures and directivesInteract in a positive and constructive mannerPrioritize and multitaskSkillsMinimum 3 years Epic application experience with demonstrated successful hands-on modification projects of Epic Link Suite / Care Everywhere and its supported operations or equivalent years combined hands on end user of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and direct Epic knowledgeDemonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools to meet functionality needs of users including proficiency with information systems technology such as Microsoft Office Products requiredExperienced planning and organizing day-to-day activities, effectively managing more than one task, and meeting established deadlinesDemonstrated use of effective communication and interpersonal relations to achieve established goalsExperienced in leading projects, providing forward-thinking consultative guidance and direction on change initiatives, effectively dedicating time across more than one project, and meeting established deadlinesProven ability in workflow and data analysis and design techniques, including needs assessment, specification development, quantitative methods, planning and gap analysisPast success leading meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties for business requirements and technical solutionsExperienced working with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, and interacting with all levels of the organizationAdvanced knowledge in EpicCare Link and Care Everywhere; appropriate certification required prior to or within first year in new roleExperience with multiple Link Suite applications preferred (EpicCare Link, Plan Link or HealthPlanet Link)Experience working with web servers and Interconnect preferredBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsIn addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.We offer high quality health insurance plan options, so you can select the best choice for your family.Check out our MemorialCare Benefits for more information about our Benefits and Rewards.Company OverviewMemorialCare, is a leading nonprofit health system in Orange County and Los Angeles County that includes four hospitals, two medical groups, imaging centers, surgical centers and much more.
