The role involves executing globally consistent programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving customer acquisition and engagement efforts.ResponsibilitiesSupport enterprise program execution. Support the development and execution of global enterprise program offerings aligned to Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources markets. Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams across Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in support of defined sales program objectivesBuild relationships. Work collaboratively with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to support program delivery. Help ensure alignment across stakeholders, track action items, and maintain consistent communication throughout the program lifecycleAnalyze insights and track performance to drive continuous improvement. Analyze industry, customer, and competitive insights to inform enterprise program strategy, planning, and adjustments. Define, track, and report key metrics and performance indicators; identify risks and issues; escalate appropriately; and support mitigation efforts to keep programs on track and delivering measurable outcomesContribute to business impact. Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth by coordinating enterprise programs, sales motions, and crossâdivisional engagement effortsSkills5+ years of experience in program management, goâtoâmarket operations, sales operations, or a related role within a midâtoâlarge scale software or technology sales organizationExperience supporting enterpriseâlevel or crossâfunctional programs involving multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across concurrent initiativesExperience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and translating insights into clear updates and recommendationsStrong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and leadershipSolid understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement practices, with exposure to enterprise sales motions and programâbased sellingVisa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
