They are seeking a Senior eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance analytics and reporting for their Amazon marketplace business, focusing on data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimize dashboard reporting and business intelligence tools in Looker (preferred), Tableau, or Power BIConnect and model data from Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and third-party ad-tech platforms into scalable reporting viewsAutomate recurring reporting to improve data accuracy, consistency, and efficiencyDevelop and maintain data models, calculated fields, KPI definitions, and reporting logicAnalyze Amazon marketplace performance, including advertising efficiency, conversion trends, keyword and ASIN performance, pricing, and inventory-related impactsMonitor core marketplace KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC, sales, traffic, and category performanceIdentify performance issues, trends, and optimization opportunities across campaigns and product portfoliosBuild forecasts, variance analyses, and performance recaps to support budget and strategy decisionsCreate customer-ready reporting, scorecards, and QBR materials that translate data into clear business recommendationsPartner with marketing, account management, content, and analytics teams to ensure reporting alignment and actionable insightsSkillsDegree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience7+ years of professional experience in eCommerce analytics, digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or related fields5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Marketplace, including Amazon Seller Central and Amazon AdvertisingExperience building production-ready dashboards and reporting in Looker, Tableau, or Power BIExperience analyzing and interpreting Amazon advertising metrics and marketplace KPIsExperience connecting and modeling data from multiple sources, including marketplace, advertising, and retail performance dataExperience presenting performance insights in business reviews, QBRs, or customer-facing reporting environmentsExperience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, or validationExposure to Python for automation, modeling, or reporting workflowsExperience with ad-tech or marketplace tools such as Perpetua, Pacvue, Quartile, Helium 10, or similarExperience across additional marketplaces such as Walmart Marketplace or Target PlusBackground in CPG, healthcare, medical supply, or private label categoriesStrong data storytelling skills with the ability to turn analytics into business recommendationsExperience working in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment with end-to-end ownershipBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageAnnual bonusLong-term incentive opportunitiesEquityRegular job market evaluationsTravel: Minimal travel for team meetingsCompany OverviewWelcome to the official LinkedIn page for McKesson Corporation.
