[Remote] Sr. Director, Account Operations

The Sr. Director, Account Operations is responsible for leading centralized bid support and proposal functions within Revenue Operations, ensuring high quality and timely responses to client requests.ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end bid and proposal support across all client requests, ensuring high quality, accurate, and timely responses across Agency, Brand, and Complex bidsEnsure all bids and proposals are supported by accurate inputs and feasibility assessments, coordinating with relevant teams to validate approach and requirementsLead and manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear roles, strong coordination, and consistent performance across all groupsPartner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to support opportunity development, align stakeholders, and contribute to deal strategy for complex and high value opportunitiesDrive standardization, efficiency, and automation across bid and proposal processes, while ensuring accurate tracking of bid and proposal activity in CRM systems and monitoring performance metrics, including win rates, to improve outcomesOversee the daily flow of bids and proposal requests across Agency, Brand, and Complex teams, ensuring timely assignment, prioritization, and completionReview bid and proposal responses for quality, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standardsSupport proposal development beyond bids, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all client-facing materialsAct as an escalation point for complex, high priority, or non standard opportunities, providing guidance to ensure appropriate responsesCoordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to gather required inputs, clarify scope, and align on timelines for each opportunitySupport teams in evaluating feasibility by validating sample availability, methodology, and operational requirements with relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with cross functional global operations, technology, and product teams to develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, and budgetMonitor workload, turnaround times, and resource allocation across teams, adjusting priorities to meet business needsProvide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and maintain quality standardsPartner with team leads to support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team membersSupport opportunity development and align stakeholders across the bid and proposal processSupport deal strategy for complex and high value opportunities by providing guidance on approach, structure, and positioningSetting and managing goals, on-going coaching, corrective action, annual reviews, rewards/recognition, and team/individual developmentHeadcount forecasting, job descriptions, recruiting/hiring, terminationEnsuring compliance to company policy/practice (e.g. prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to coordinate across cross functional teamsAbility to assess requirements, validate inputs, and ensure accuracy and completeness of bid responsesStrong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workProblem solving skills with ability to identify risks, escalate issues, and support resolutionExperience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data and reportingFluency with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use AI to optimize workflows, improve quality, and reduce manual effortBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in bid preparation, client support, or project managementFamiliarity with international research and fieldwork
