[Remote] Sr. Data Scientist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RightClick is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead and establish their data science function from the ground up. This role involves owning the end-to-end data science lifecycle, designing scalable machine learning models, and partnering with various teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end data science lifecycle including problem framing, modeling, deployment, monitoring, and iterationDesign and implement scalable machine learning models in real production environmentsBuild and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Python, SQL, and AWSTranslate business needs into data-driven solutions and actionable insightsEstablish best practices for experimentation, model governance, and documentationPartner closely with engineering, product, and leadership teamsSet the long-term vision for data science and contribute to future team hiring and mentorshipSkills7–10 years of hands-on data science experienceStrong technical foundation in Python, SQL, AWS, and machine learningProven experience deploying and maintaining models in production environmentsBackground working in smaller or lean organizations without dedicated data science supportComfortable operating independently and making architectural decisionsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyExperience building or scaling data science functions is a plusBenefitsThis is a fully remote position.Company OverviewAt RightClick, we believe growth happens at the intersection of people and technology.
