They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to maintain and audit dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support compliance reporting needs while assisting with analyses and insights for stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesReport to the Lead Data Analyst, People AnalyticsMaintain and audit People Analytics dashboards and recurring reportingSupport weekly and monthly reporting cadences, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and on-time deliverySupport all people-related compliance reporting needs, including data preparation, validation, and submission supportAssist in the preparation of analyses and insights in response to stakeholder requestsWrite and refine queries to gather and validate data from HR systems and reporting sources using SQL as neededSupport Workday reporting and data extraction activities, including troubleshooting and basic configuration/report development, as applicableDocument metric definitions, reporting logic, and data sources; identify and escalate data quality issues as neededAssist with ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from business leaders, balancing priorities against recurring deliverablesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; a Master's degree may substitute for some experience based on company policyDemonstrated experience in analytics or reporting within a People/HR, Operations, Finance, or similar data-driven environmentWorking knowledge of SQL to pull, join, and validate data from relational data sourcesExperience with Workday (or a similar HRIS), including reporting, data structures, or data extractsExperience maintaining BI dashboards and recurring reporting with a strong focus on data quality and auditabilityExperience leveraging approved AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or similar tools) to improve workflow efficiency, support query development, summarize findings, document logic, and streamline reporting processes while maintaining data privacy and confidentialityComfort handling sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and sound judgmentStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain metrics, limitations, and recommendations to non-technical audiencesCompany OverviewWelcome to TechTriad!
