They are seeking a Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant to support Enterprise Business Applications projects, focusing on ERP, CRM, and HCM implementations while enhancing operational efficiencies and driving business transformation.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in defining needs for existing and new EBA solutionsDocuments existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impactedIdentifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirementsEnvisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clientsUnderstands related security structures and best practicesDesigns and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applicationsCreates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate optionsSupports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and clientPerforms functional (business process) solution design in business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, & related) contexts, to provide maximized business value and deliver strong business agility while meeting applicable requirements and constraintsGains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectationsSupports, and manages aspects of business applications implementationsDocuments and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budgetMonitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activitiesDevelops references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training usersProvides functional support of EBA solutions and related technologiesManages and resolves issues, defects, and change requestsManages and performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams as directedProvides ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live supportResponsible for configuration of solution based on requirementsFosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the teamOwns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leadersManages project workstreams as directedMentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultantsSkillsBachelor's Degree and six (6) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, required; ORHigh School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, requiredSix (6) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, requiredFour (4) or more years of education or experience with ERP or CRM Product, requiredMicrosoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, requiredExperience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM Solutions technology, required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), CRM, Business Central, F&SCM), Ceridian Dayforce Solutions (Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll), Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, Infor, Sage, Syteline, JDE, IFS, or any other ERP/CRM SoftwareStrong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship skillsBusiness process analysis, design, and process flow skillsExcels at operating in a fast-paced technical environmentSome client facing best practice consulting experience, preferredOne or more current business applications technology certifications, preferredSmartsheet, preferredEnterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferredBenefitsBDO is proud to be an ESOP company, reflecting a culture that puts people first, by sharing financially in our growth in value with our U.S. team.BDO is the first large accounting and advisory organization to implement an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
