Ability to establish trust and credibility through resultsExceptional analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and performance insights to improve talent quality, hiring velocity, and overall recruiting performanceA working style that reflects ownership, curiosity, accountability, strategic thinking, and sound judgmentComfort operating in fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environments with shifting priorities and business needsExperience using applicant tracking systems, creative sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics platforms.
