[Remote] Sr. Corporate Finance Analyst

As a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, collaborating with department leaders to provide insights and communicate financial health to senior leadership and investors.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end budget management and forecasting across key departments, serving as the primary financial partner for department leadersLead budget vs. actual analysis and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to senior leadershipOwn and maintain the company's consolidated financial reporting workstreams, including internal and external reportingTrack and monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and surfacing insights to senior leadershipManage the full P&L in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment across the businessOwn FP&A communications and help coordinate the team's financial calendar and deliverablesServe as a key liaison between Corporate Finance and cross-functional partners including Accounting and business verticalsBuild and enhance financial models and scenario analyses to support planning and decision-makingSupport strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analyses, from building business cases to cross-functional planning projects and long-range planningSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar high-impact financial roleStrong budget vs. actual and variance analysis experience, with a track record of delivering clear, actionable insightsStrong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; comfortable building driver-based models and scenario analyses from scratchExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior audiencesProven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently, prioritize under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlinesComfort operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, adaptable, resourceful, and willing to go beyond the job descriptionStrong stakeholder management skills and comfort navigating cross-functional relationshipsExperience in a high-growth technology or consumer-facing companyFamiliarity with SQL and BI tools; experience with Hex or Grafana a plusFamiliarity with US GAAPExposure to AI-powered analytics or finance automation tools (e.g., generative AI for reporting, forecasting, or workflow automation)Experience with investor reporting or board-level financial presentationsCost optimization and cost analysis experienceBenefitsEquity: We offer full-time employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.401k Match: Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%.Benefits for humans and pets: We offer comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for everyone including your pets.Continuing Education: Fetch provides ten thousand per year in education reimbursement.Employee Resource Groups: Take part in employee-led groups that are centered around fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace through events, dialogue and advocacy.
