[Remote] Sr. Compliance Analyst

The Senior Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Compliance Management Program by managing regulatory examinations, overseeing compliance efforts, and reporting compliance matters to senior management and the Board.ResponsibilitiesMonitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policyConduct testing activities and assessments to identify and address control weaknessesProvide reports on regulatory compliance; execute assigned CMS processesAct in a consultative manner, when necessary, to assist the First Line of Defense to develop and/or redesign processes to improve complianceReview risk indicators, red flags, and exception reports to monitor compliance and to identify and propose corrective actionsIdentify, analyze, recommend corrective actions, and, when necessary, resolve compliance issuesCommunicate compliance requirements and potential instances of non-compliance with business partnersConduct Risk Assessments as directedComplete, file and quality assure mandatory regulatory filings and reports required by applicable state and federal authoritiesManage state regulatory agency examination processes end-to-end, including examiner coordination, pre-exam preparation, written response drafting, findings tracking, and annual exam analysis reporting for executive and board audiencesAdminister the regulatory and customer complaint process, including intake, investigation coordination, response drafting, and SLA monitoring across federal and state regulatorsDevelop, review and maintain compliance policies, procedures and workflowsProactively research to stay up to date with relevant rules, regulations, changed business practices, and industry-related eventsDesign and maintain compliance reporting, including regulatory examination trends, complaint volume analysis, and CMS performance data for operational and executive audiencesSupport the annual compliance training review process, including content accuracy review, regulatory currency validation, and coordination with training program ownersCoach and review work of other Compliance professionalsCompletes ad hoc projects as assignedSkills5-7 years of related experience in compliance or related risk management field in a regulated industryBachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant, equivalent job-related work experience with industry recognized compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM)BenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefitsCompany OverviewEZCorp provides pawn and consumer loan services for short-term monetary needs.
