[Remote] Sr. Client Solutions Manager (Sales and Business Development)

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC is seeking a Sr. Client Solutions Manager to drive vertical market development in Arkansas, focusing on ecological restoration and water quality solutions. This role involves relationship-building, strategic planning, and technical insight to promote RES as a trusted advisor in the industry.ResponsibilitiesIdentify qualified leads, manage external relationships, and lead proposal development and deal structuringTrack permitting timelines, understand deal components, manage cross-functional resources, and represent RES during key client meetings and industry eventsGuide internal teams on project pursuit strategy and present financial summaries to clientsTravel regionally to visit project sites, meet with regulators and clients, and represent RES at conferences and partner eventsSkillsBS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field6+ years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholdersExperience structuring deals and assessing their financial healthExperience with contracts and key provisions; legal awareness in deal structuringExperience in multi-year sales, to several stakeholdersExperience supporting ecological restoration projects via CWA, NGO, and/or Public WorksExperience with relevant environmental regulations and permits/approvals (e.g. CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA)Knowledge of stream/wetland design and construction methodsRelationships with local, state, and federal regulators in your regionExperience in the review and preparation of regulatory documents and deliverables and responding to agency commentsExperience with science, design and/or construction of wetlandsCompany OverviewAs the nation’s largest nature-based solutions company, RES (Resource Environmental Solutions) is restoring a resilient earth for a modern world, project by project.
