[Remote] Sr Capital Project Manager

The Senior Capital Project Manager will lead major capital projects, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and engaging stakeholders to enhance productivity and safety.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of major capital projects (typically USD $2–20M) from concept through commissioning and handoverDevelop and manage project charters, business cases, scope, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plansAdherence to and development of Communication StandardsEnsure adherence to corporate engineering standards, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and safety requirementsOversee procurement processes for capital equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and technical complianceTechnical specification creation for manufacturing equipment platforms & processesPartner with operations, R&D, supply chain, and finance to prioritize and plan annual capital budgetsTranslate business needs into project objectives and technical solutions that drive productivity, capacity, and complianceProvide regular updates to senior management and governance committees on project status, financial performance, and risk exposureSupervise and mentor direct reports, fostering skill development and accountability.
