[Remote] Sr. CAD/BIM Specialist || AutoCAD || Building Information Modeling (BIM) || Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Voto Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior CAD / BIM Specialist to support a large-scale facilities and real estate project. This role will focus on creating, updating, and validating as-built drawings and supporting Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop, update, and maintain as-built drawings for facilities and infrastructure
ā¢ Review and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and engineering drawings
ā¢ Work extensively with AutoCAD and Autodesk tools (Revit preferred)
ā¢ Support and contribute to BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows
ā¢ Ensure accuracy and consistency of facility documentation
ā¢ Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and project teams
ā¢ Validate and update existing drawings based on real-world site conditions
Skills
ā¢ Strong experience with AutoCAD (must-have)
ā¢ Experience with Revit / BIM modeling (highly preferred)
ā¢ Proven experience creating as-built drawings (critical requirement)
ā¢ Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
ā¢ Experience with facility layouts, buildings, or infrastructure environments
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
