The Sr. Business Development Director will drive growth and build partnerships in disbursements and payouts, leveraging deep industry knowledge to identify new revenue streams and execute strategies that enhance BHN's market position.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & Execute Growth Strategy: Formulate a three-year plan to expand BHNās reach in class action disbursements and related digital payout opportunities. Identify high-potential existing and new client growth opportunities that create new revenue streams and strengthen BHNās portfolioLeverage Executive Relationships: Maintain and grow senior-level connections across claims administrators, digital payout providers, fintech providers, and digital commerce ecosystems to uncover client opportunities that extend BHNās core businessesPosition BHN in the Marketplace: Clearly communicate BHNās value proposition, particularly in class action solutions, to senior leaders at target organizations.
