They are seeking a Sr. AI Security Engineer to lead the establishment and oversight of a unified framework for AI security, directly influencing enterprise strategy and risk reduction.ResponsibilitiesExecute multi-year roadmaps to data security, drawing upon cross-functional partnerships to deliver data security posture reviews on a repeatable basis and review new data systems as they're developedLead the enterprise AI Security program, defining policies, standards, and best practicesAdopt and operationalize tools that provide visibility and control over AI access and behaviorsDefend against prompt injection, jailbreaking, and indirect prompt injectionAdvise on methods to filter and guardrail models to prevent the generation of toxic or restricted contentImplement methods to reduce the risk of data loss through AIIntroduce AI security control points into the CI/CD pipeline, including securing internal codebases and the use of third-party dependenciesAssist in the formation of the AI Center of ExcellenceAssess, build, configure and deploy solutions to detect and react to anomalous model behaviorProvide insight into how best to position security operations to detect and respond to AI-specific breachesContribute to general security architecture and engineering duties undertaken by DTM teamOversee data quality, metadata management, and issue remediation functions to improve data integrity and trustLead enterprise-wide risk assessments relating to data management, protection, and qualityProvide strategic leadership on data-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring governance is built into system modernization, cloud adoption, and digital initiativesSkillsAI/ML Frameworks and Services: Such as LangChain, PyTorch, and AWS Bedrock / SageMaker, Google Vertex AIAI Security Frameworks and Related: NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, Google SAIF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM ApplicationsSecurity Tools: DSPM, SAST, SCA, DAST, SSPM, NHI Security, etcDevelopment: Python, and general AI development workCloud Security: AWS, GCP5+ years of experience in Cyber SecurityStrong command of security and security architecture concepts.
