[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Data Governance

Navitus Health Solutions is committed to creating a data-driven culture and is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Data Governance to champion Enterprise Data Governance initiatives. This role involves supporting the development and execution of a data governance framework and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure best practices in data management are adopted across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist with and facilitate enterprise-wide Data Governance program activities and collaborates on strategic initiatives for data governance, data quality and metadata activitiesSupports Data Governance Council and Data Governance Committee, ensures execution of follow-up tasks assigned from the meetings, provides education and support for data governance across the organizationAccountable for the analysis, development, and build of an Enterprise Data Catalog while also building related data lineage to directly support privacy, security, legal, and audit initiativesDesigns and recommends data quality improvement opportunitiesWorks with the business to develop and publish KPI’s as it relates to data quality and integrity for accessibility across all business areasPoint of contact for and liaison between business Data Domain Owners, Data Stewards, and ITWork with Domain Owners to establish, maintain, and distribute definitions of data elements used by Analytics in conjunction with Domain Owners throughout the organizationLeads analysis and remediation efforts for complex multi-domain data issues as identified by the business and Data Governance CommitteeMentors junior team membersOther duties as assignedSkillsBA/BS with focus on business, economics, computer science, information management systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent combined education and experience5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysisAn advanced ability to interact with various database and file storage systems (Oracle, NoSQL, etc)Advanced level experience with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Data visualization software such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BIParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesExperience with a BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power B.I. or other Business Intelligence software and/or data visualization programsData querying tools such as SQL, Python or RPrior experience with data catalog tools such as Alation or CollibraExperience working in AWS/GCP cloud environmentsBenefitsTop of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance20 days paid time off4 weeks paid parental leave9 paid holidays401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirementAdoption Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountEducational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistanceReferral Bonus Program 60 up to $750!Company OverviewNavitus Health Solutions LLC is a full service, URAC-accredited pharmacy benefit management company.
