The Sr. Account Manager will develop and grow strategic customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the sales lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accountsServe as the primary point of contact for customer needs, expectations, and issue resolutionFoster long-term partnerships that drive mutual business successRepresent Precor at customer meetings, industry events, and trade showsDevelop account plans, customer profiles, and growth strategies aligned with business objectivesIdentify new business opportunities, market trends, and revenue growth initiativesPartner with Sales leadership on forecasting, business planning, and performance goalsPresent strategic recommendations and account plans to internal and external stakeholdersManage the full customer lifecycle from opportunity development through project executionPrepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales presentationsCoordinate cross-functional activities to support customer projects, including facility refurbishments and installationsMaintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasts, and customer data in Salesforce CRMProvide timely reporting on pipeline activity, sales performance, and customer updatesCommunicate Precor programs, products, and solutions effectively to customersSupport budgeting, forecasting, and freight program initiatives in partnership with Sales leadershipTravel approximately 50% to customer sites, trade shows, and industry eventsPerform occasional light physical activity, including lifting products or parts as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing roleProven ability to build and influence relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levelsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience delivering customer-focused solutions and resolving client issues effectivelyStrong presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency with Salesforce CRM and other business systemsAbility to analyze business opportunities, develop action plans, and drive resultsAdaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of commercial fitness industry trends and business practices preferredExperience within the commercial fitness industryExperience managing large or strategic key accountsBenefitsCommissionMedical, dental and vision insuranceGenerous paid time off policyShort-term and long-term disabilityAccess to Employee Assistance Program; including access to mental health services401(k) including employer matchPet insurance and so much more!Company OverviewPrecor manufactures and supplies fitness machines and cardio equipment.
