[Remote] Sr Account Executive (B2B SaaS)

They are seeking a Sr Account Executive who will own the business development process and help design professionals adopt their platform, ensuring alignment with customer workflows and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities • Own your business: Prospect and close new business with AECO Firms that are a strong fit for Pirros • Drive consultative discovery: Understand customer workflows, pain points, and goals to align Pirros as a critical solution • Run technical demos: Confidently demo the platform, speak to Pirros and Revit workflows - tailoring conversations to each stakeholder • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with solutions engineering, customer success, and product to create a seamless customer journey • Sell value, not just features: Navigate multi-threaded deals, build champions, negotiate with clarity, and focus on long-term success over shortcuts • Surpass goals: Hit and exceed revenue targets while contributing to a team • Culture of learning, hustle, and trust Skills • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in AECO tech or related verticals • Fluency in design and construction workflows, especially in BIM focused environments • Proven track record of exceeding quota and building pipeline from scratch in a high-velocity or high-touch sales motion • A natural communicator—skilled at uncovering needs, leading discovery, and closing with clarity • Entrepreneurial mindset: You've thrived in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes as much as running them • Value-driven: You care about the long game, customer outcomes, and solving real problems, not just selling software Benefits • Salary • Stock options • Unlimited PTO • Health benefits Company Overview • Pirros is a detail management system for architects and engineers.
