The Sr. Account Executive will nurture relationships with mid-market customers, guiding them in maximizing the use of Bloomerang’s platform and helping them reach their goals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Manage a Robust Sales Pipeline: Build, qualify, and oversee a sales pipeline that is approximately twice your sales quotaOwn the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and product demos to negotiations, aiming to close a minimum of 35% of deals successfully. (Aligned with team average)Lead In-Depth Evaluations: Lead comprehensive discovery calls, deliver live product demonstrations, work cross functionally to demonstrate partnership and address technical needs, and engage in detailed negotiations about Bloomerang’s software and servicesMaintain Forecast Accuracy: Ensure precise forecast reporting within 10% accuracy and effective pipeline management using SalesforceEngage with the Nonprofit Community: Immerse yourself in the nonprofit sector to build credibility to become a trusted advisor, educating prospects on Bloomerang’s value and how we help solve nonprofits challengesBecome a Bloomerang Expert: Gain deep knowledge of all Bloomerang tools and services to effectively support and guide prospectsSkillsEagerness to Learn and Grow: A strong desire to continuously learn and improve through feedback, self-reflection, and exploration. You must desire to develop or advance a career in technology salesProven Track Record: Achieve at least 95% of your annual quota and consistently meet 90% of your monthly targets.
