• Develop and maintain standardized SQL Server configuration templates.
• Support migrations off legacy SQL Server versions.
• Design and implement automation to improve consistency.

Requirements
• 6+ years of experience administering and supporting SQL Server environments.
• Strong expertise in T-SQL and SQL Server performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting for database operations.
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics workloads.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server architecture, indexing, and security.
